Gallery of Contemporary Mosaics 'reMemory' Exhibition Opening Reception

Please join us on Friday Sept. 13th, 7pm - 9pm to celebrate the opening of 'reMemory' a group exhibition of Chicago artists Sue Coombs, Etty Hasak, and Casey Van Loon.

Coombs, Hasak, and Van Loon explore different perceptions of memory through the fragmentation of mosaics. In this exhibition, reflections on concepts of time- past and present, place and nostalgia lay the groundwork for discovery and re/connection.

The Chicago Mosaic School and its affiliate gallery, GoCM are dedicated to promote awareness and appreciation for the ancient art form of mosaics and create an open community for learning, sharing expertise, and developing the medium within a contemporary context.
