Golden Hour Movement Series

Join us Sundays in community for a relaxing hour of yoga at Nicholas Senn High School from 10am - 11am. All levels are welcome, so whether you're a beginner or a seasoned yogi, you are welcome. Please bring your own mat!  

This Sunday's class is an easy paced vinyasa flow taught by Chelsea. Chelsea is a lawyer residing in Rogers Park and has been an avid yoga practitioner for fourteen years. She completed her training as a power yoga instructor in 2022 and is also trained in yin yoga, yoga nidra and prenatal yoga.
