CMSS is proud to introduce our new program - the Hartwell Place Day Club - launching December 2, 2025. The Hartwell Place Day Club offers adults living with dementia a welcoming place to spend the day and return home at night. Day Club members enjoy meaningful programming and support, while their families enjoy respite and peace of mind.
