Summer Walking Meditation @ Unity Chicago

FREE Summer Walking Meditation on Lake Michigan 

Location: 5959 N. Sheridan Rd

Expand your meditation practice this summer on the beautiful lakefront! This group starts with a guided meditation and a centering affirmation, and then participants can continue their meditational walk along George Lane beach. All are welcome, including day of drop-ins! 
We meet at 9:50am in the lobby at 5959 N Sheridan Rd before heading next door to the lakefront for this practice.
